Martin Clark spent eight years in the international network planning department of British Telecom, where he gained considerable experience in all aspects of the planning and operation of large scale telecommunications networks.In 1989 he joined Grand Metropolitan and had responsibility for managing the global corporate network.Since 1991 he has been based in Germany, setting up: Cable & Wireless pan-European Managed Data Network, Deutsche Bank's corporate network and founding Mannesmann ARCOR, which has become Germany's second largest public carrier.Recently he has been active in the field of wireless access, assisting a number of large-scale start-up carriers across Europe.He practices as a freelance consultant and is also a Chartered European Engineer and a member of the IEE.
