  Formerly a business owner, Ms. Clark started her legal career in 2000 practicing in the insurance defense field in Chicago, Illinois.In 2001 she focused her practice on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 consumer bankruptcy cases, while working with a large national law firm.After only a year, Ms. Clark was promoted to the position of managing attorney of the firm's Chapter 13 Practice.In this position she assisted clients in understanding the complex issues of Chapter 13 Plans and aggressively defended their rights through courtroom litigation and motion practice.Ms. Clark held this position until 2003, when she was invited to open the firm's first Arizona office, located in Phoenix, Arizona.While building a successful Phoenix office, Ms. Clark continued to develop her skills by attending Continued Legal Education seminars to stay apprised of recent developments in the law and by researching new legal topics.
