   Capt. Lynne Clark - Head of Airline Preparation & Recruitment. Lynne is currently employed as a 737-300 Captain and Recruitment Manager for a well known UK low cost regional airline. She is also trained and qualified to conduct a number of specialised tests used today by the majority of airlines to determine candidates suitability for entry level flight-crew positions. Lynne works part-time with us at the college, and conducts all the above tests in-house, which provides invaluable experience of the airline hiring process. She also liaises closely with each student throughout their training to help develop all the other neccesary skills and attributes that are now expected to be demonstrated by each airline pilot applicant.
