   Ms Clark has 22 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, and financial information services. She is Nexant's controller, responsible for managing the firm's accounting and financial reporting system and general ledger; supervising project accountants in project estimating, monitoring, controls, billings, and accounts receivable; and overseeing accounts payable and payroll accounting. She brings to Nexant broad experience as a controller in project-based professional services, a deep understanding of financial/accounting systems and related information technology, exposure to government cost accounting standards, and strong accounting credentials.
   
   Previously, as technology manager at Wells Fargo Bank, she managed a software applications security unit and help desk for wholesale banking. Prior to this Ms. Clark served as vice president and controller at EDAW, a San Francisco-based land planning and design firm. Earlier, she was finance manager for Wells Fargo Bank's Information Services Group, and group controller of the Corporate Properties Group. Before joining Well Fargo, she was a senior accountant with KPMG Peat Marwick. Ms. Clark is a CPA, and holds an M.S. in finance and a B.S. in accounting from Golden Gate University.
