   Raley who has a long history of involvement with NOYS dating back to it's origins, gave a brief history of some of the highlights of the organization and introduced Lynda Clark, NOYS Capital Campaign Chair, and Board Member.

   Lynda is a long-term member of Northern Oklahoma Youth Services Board of Directors. She is currently the chairperson of the NOYS Campaign. Funds from the Capital Campaign will be used for the construction of a new Shelter and Family Services Facility.
