Lydia Clark got her start working on the other side of the lens. Working as a fashion model for Elite Model Management in New York, Tokyo and Milan, Lydia has worked with and learned from some of the top photographers in the business. Lydia taught runway, acting, and hair and make-up for over 8 years at John Casablancas Modeling and Career Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas where she was also the house fashion and beauty photographer. Lydia has an artistic understanding of light and composition and brings the two together to capture natural, genuine images. With her experience working as a model for many photographic shoots, she has an energetic sense of direction, making everyone feel at ease both on the set and on location.
Lydia is also a wife and proud mother of two boys ages 6 and 2. Her sons Finn and Desmond are her copper-headed muses who keep her photography fresh and innovative. Lydia and her husband Brian have been best friends since the age of 15. He was the lead guitarist for the famed local band, The Dirt Spirits and is now a Political Scientist for the University of Arkansas.
In her spare time, Lydia enjoys many genres of music and art, playing guitar and the flute, and designing costumes for her two boys who are usually dressed up and in character.
