   Linda Clark has been involved in the field of records management for 20 years.Her previous positions include Director of the Information Services Division of King Business Forms and an Area Coordinator in the Records Management Division of TVA.Her most significant career position was as the Records Manager for Knox County (Tennessee) Government for some seven years.
   
   She was Knox County's first records manager and developed this service into what is widely acknowledged as the model local-government records management program in Tennessee.She has also consulted with Sevier County (TN) Government and was instrumental in developing their records management and archives program.
   
   Clark has a distinguished record of service in the information management field.She has held several offices at the local chapter level in ARMA International.She has served as a speaker at both the local and international level.
   
   She has taught records management workshops through the University of Tennessee's Government Training Program and provided training in records management and technology to public and private sectors.She served on the board of the National Association of Government Archives and Records Administrators (NAGARA).Clark served as a board member on the Tennessee Historical Records Advisory Board for ten years.
