   Leo has over 15 years of experience in software development. He has written programming manuals for most computer environments. He has taught and consulted extensively on SPC, CIM, DNC, MES, ERP and preventive maintenance. Leo is a former Marine, a Marquette University graduate and is CMII certified. He became an instructor for ICM in 1998 and is the creator of the software-oriented CM Courses VII and VIII.
