Kevin Clark, Principal, focuses on organization, strategy, and technology across all sectors of the oil industry.In organizational work, he has assisted organizations on a number of restructuring and privatization assignments around the world, helping clients move from rigid functional organizations to more flexible process-based structures in response to the pressures of increasing competition.He has managed a number of strategy assignments in the downstream sector, looking at the financial and competitive implications of various options.Using his detailed working knowledge of refining processes and operations he has been involved in helping clients with a range of technology issues and assisting refiners with the environmental pressures that they face, both in terms of emissions and product qualities.Prior to joining CRA, Mr. Clark was a Senior Manager in Arthur D. Little's Global Energy Practice and had worked previously for Esso Petroleum.
