   Ken Clark practises in the Intellectual Property department with a focus on litigation. His practice covers all aspects of IP law, including patents, trade marks, copyright and related areas such as Internet law.
   
   Areas of particular interest include pharmaceutical patent litigation (PMNOC regime), copyright and moral rights litigation. Mr. Clark has appeared before all levels of the Federal Court, including the Federal Court of Appeal.
   
   Having worked as a mechanical design engineer and a computer systems administrator prior to entering into the field of law, Mr. Clark has a wide variety of technical knowledge and expertise, with a particular focus on the Internet and computer technology. Some of his areas of particular familiarity include:
   
   computer technology and systems telecommunication and the Internet network systems
   
   Mr. Clark is an associate member of IPIC and the Canadian Bar Association, as well as the Toronto informal IP association.
   
   Graduating in law from McGill University in 1999, Mr. Clark obtained both common-law (LLB) and civil law (BCL) degrees (Great Distinction). His undergraduate degree was obtained from the University of Waterloo in Mechanical Engineering (BASc) in 1992 (First Class Honours & Dean's Honour List).
   
   Mr. Clark was called to the Ontario Bar in 2001.
