   Kathy Clark, regional manager for Momentive, a credit-counseling agency with offices in Evansville, also has seen people come into her office complaining about high gas prices.
   
   "Obviously, any time the expenses go up on people, it's going to hit them in their pocketbooks and how they pay their bills," Clark said. She has not seen many complain about high interest rates -- at least, "not more so than we have in the past," Clark said.
