   Justin received his B.A. from Western Kentucky University. While at WKU, Justin participated in the University's Honors Program and graduated cum laude. Justin received his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law where he was a member of the Kentucky Law Journal.

   Justin has experience in all phases of civil trial and appellate practice and has represented clients in both mediation and arbitration proceedings. Justin's practice covers a broad range of civil and commercial litigation areas, including professional malpractice defense, construction law, personal injury, contract disputes, and § 1983 Civil Rights actions. Additionally, in the area of constitutional law, Justin has successfully represented jockeys in litigation regarding the right to wear advertising logos while participating in thoroughbred horse races in Kentucky.
   
   BARS, COURTS AND PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS
   
   Justin is a member of the American, Kentucky and Louisville Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Kentucky, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky. Justin presently serves on the Board of Directors for the Kentucky Law Journal Association and is a member of the Young Professionals Association of Louisville.
