Joseph P. Clark was born in Atlantic City, New Jersey.He is a graduate of Villanova University and the University of Baltimore School of Law.He is admitted to the bars of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.Joe formerly served as Senior Associate General Counsel for Colonial Penn Insurance Company where he established and managed the Company's multi-state staff counsel operation.He most recently served as Claims Counsel for Great American Insurance Company and as a litigation consultant for various other insurers.Joe is a member of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute where he served as a Director (1994-1997).He also served as Chairman (1989-1990) of the American Bar Association's Tort and Insurance Practice Section's ADR Committee.He concentrates his practice in defense litigation with particular emphasis on motor vehicle law, bad faith litigation and alternative dispute resolution.He also serves as an arbitrator in insurance and reinsurance disputes.
