   Joe Clark began his insurance career in the rate/code department of the Continental Insurance Company in 1992. His underwriting career began in 1995 when he took a job at the Environmental and Commercial Insurance Agency (ECI), handling their non-environmental excess and surplus P & C business as well as their full complement of environmental products; eventually becoming the product manager of ECI's site-specific pollution liability program. From there, Joe went to work for the United Capitol Insurance Company, eventually earning senior environmental underwriter status.
   
   In 2001 Joe went to work for CommonWealth Professional Group – an excess and surplus lines broker dealing in general E&S, public entity business, and some environmental brokerage business. The company side called him back, however, and he is looking forward to rounding out his career in commercial lines middle-market underwriting here at GreatLand.
   
   Joe is a graduate of Franklin University, with a B.S. in Business Management.
