North Caldwell Police Chief Joseph Clark said that when he arrived, the man was laying down on a lip running along the bottom of the water tank.He and Verona police officers were telling the man that help was on the way when the man leapt from his perch, Clark said.Police officers then saw the noose the man had tied around his neck, the other end of which was tied to the tower.
As the man descended from the tower, Clark said, the rope snapped, sending him in a free-fall until he was caught up in the metal crossbeams of one of the tower's legs.
"He went end-over-end.His body did a complete flip," Clark said. -

I have presented my 9/11/01 "Pogo News" articles to Joseph Clark, N. Caldwell, N.J. Police Chief. He has presented these articles to the New York City police chief. These articles prove explosives were pre-planted in the basements of WTC 1 & 2 and both towers were brought down in a controlled demolition in the same manner as WTC 7 which was not struck by an aircraft . Hopefully the New York City police chief will begin a thorough police investigation that will find the real 9/11/01 murderers.; probably top government officials. This 12/07/06 final proof will be presented to Chief Clark for transmittal to the N.Y. City police chief.
