   Joe is a graduate of the Fordham Law School, where he was a member of the Fordham Law Review. Joe later attended the NYU Graduate School of Business (MBA Program). Joe is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey. Joe received his early training as an Associate at the prominent New York corporate law firm, Cahill Gordon & Reindel, where he worked on various corporate/securities/antitrust litigation, government investigations and regulatory matters.
   
   Joe served for over 15 years as Associate General Counsel of the then "Big Eight" accounting and consulting Firm, Coopers & Lybrand where he managed the financial litigation group. Joe then served as a Principal for PricewaterhouseCoopers before taking early retirement from that organization. Joe has extremely broad experience in complex investigations and litigation (SEC enforcement, securities, breach of contract, professional malpractice, and financial fraud) in Federal and State trial and appellate courts across the nation. More recently, Joe served as Senior Legal Editor at Bloomberg LP, the global financial information media company, where he wrote and edited legal commentary (including "Recent Developments in Insider Trading") published by the Bloomberg network.
   
   Joe has lectured, written or been a panelist on various securities law, regulatory, professional liability, trial preparation and "In House" Counsel-relevant topics. He has also served as a Faculty Member providing instruction in connection with a program ("Financial Statements in the Courtroom") for judges at the National Judicial College.
