Jonathan Clark, Apple Certified Technician/Audio Engineer
"Being a Mac addict, I frequently stop in to Sears, Comp USA, and Best Buys when they had the iMacs just to see how things are presented. I always end up rebooting the demo and cleaning up the desk top, unmuting the sound out controls, and generally straightening things out. This usually brings a sales person or two over to investigate. I usually pass myself off as an interested potential consumer to which their response invariably is "those are cute... but if you want a real computer.... blah, blah blah." The computer folks who work at these chains are PC people. Not only do they have no interest in learning about Mac products, they are decidedly anti Mac.
