    According to Police Chief Jim Clark, gang members started their operation in Ottumwa after they were chased out of Chicago by police and rival gangs.

    Clark said the gang is known for everything from selling drugs to murder and about every crime in between.

    "I think several of them have had previous drug convictions, I know one of them has been arrested for murder twice, hasn't been convicted for either one of those arrests.These are really bad people," Clark said.
