   Jim Clark is president of Electronic Tools Company (ETC), and is currently Chair of the EDIF USA Users Group. Clark has enjoyed a long career in the fields of aerospace engineering, high technology marketing, and software product development and marketing. Working with the ETC for the past three years, he has played an active role in the growth of EDIF as a member of the EDIF Steering Committee, and a participant in both the EDAC Netlist/Schematic and the PCB/MCM Product Marketing Councils.
   
   For more than 73 years the Electronic Industries Association has been the national trade organization representing U.S. electronics manufacturers.
