Ms. Jessica Clark, Administration Manager Ms. Clark graduated with a BA in English from James Madison University. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Public Administration with a concentration in Child Welfare Issues from The George Washington University in Washington, DC.
Before joining JCICS in 2004, Ms. Clark lived in Botosani, Romania while working at the Speranta Copiilor Group Home for Abandoned Children. Ms. Clark's passion to be involved intercountry adoption began early as she is the oldest sibling of three sisters from China, India and Romania.
As Administration Manager, Ms. Clark is eager to help strengthen the services that Joint Council provides its membership as well as the positive role that the organization plays within the intercountry adoption community.
