Jessica Clark Jessica Clark has been leading trips for RAP (formerly Whitewater Adventure Program) since 1995. She came south from her hometown of Shelter Island, NY in 1988 to attend Ferrum College. After graduating in 1992 she decided to stick around. Jess is currently a 5th grade teacher at Rocky Mount Elementary School. Fourteen years of teaching has given her the opportunity to teach 1st through 4th grade at some point. She enjoys traveling, cooking, laughing, reading, exercising, and the great outdoors - which of course means whitewater paddling! She is deathly afraid of heights, loves macaroni & cheese, and thinks the state of Alaska is the best thing since sliced bread. -
