Donnelley Corporation announced today that it has named Jane B. Clark vice president and corporate secretary, effective upon the planned separation of RHD from D&B and the establishment of RHD as an independent public company (NYSE:RHD) on July 1.
Clark, 44, was previously vice president - law and government affairs since 1994.
"Jane brings a wealth of experience to this new position and she will play an important role ensuring that R. H. Donnelley makes a smooth transition to becoming a public company," said Frank R. Noonan, president of RHD.
