Ellen Clark, Senior Associate of DC&E then presented a summary of existing conditions in the Central Buttes Area, followed by a presentation by Steve Rodowick on the Neal Road Landfill.

Ellen Clark, AICP, is a Senior Associate with DC&E, managing a range of comprehensive planning and environmental review projects.Ellen graduated from King's College, Cambridge with a First Class Honours degree in Geography.While at Cambridge, her studies focused on contemporary and historical Urban Geography, Human Geography and Wetlands Biogeography.Since joining DC&E in 2000, Ellen has served as key staff or project manager on a number of major projects.Ellen is experienced in the use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and has employed GIS-based methodology, using both ArcView and ArcGIS, in complex analyses of existing and future land use scenarios for a number of comprehensive planning projects.Outside of work hours, Ellen is an outdoor enthusiast, enjoying backpacking and hiking, downhill skiing, and running.
