Mr. A. Samuel (Sam) Clark is a Consultant and President for Quality Compliance Interface (QCI), LLC.Mr. Clark has over thirty years experience in auditing quality systems and more than twenty years experience in auditing computer systems for compliance with FDA regulations.

Before becoming a consultant, Mr. Clark was an FDA Investigator for over twenty years.As the first FDA National Computer Expert, he inspected computerized systems across the entire range of FDA-regulated products and was heavily involved in the establishment of computer audit techniques and with training of FDA personnel.

Samuel Clark, B.Sc. is a Senior Compliance Consultant with KMI, a division of PAREXEL International, LLC.Prior to joining KMI in 1993, Mr. Clark was an Investigator at the FDA for more than 21 years.Mr. Clark has conducted worldwide inspections in the entire range of the FDA regulated industry.He has extensive experience dealing with automated drug manufacturing and computer-controlled medical devices.
