  Following the class, trainer Eric Chun led the class and myself on a tour of the on-site facility, where we had the opportunity to look into some techniques discussed in real-time using the tools on-hand at the studio.

  Eric is recognized as one of the leaders in Northern California for his music industry program at American River College, a degree founded by him in 1990. In addition he is the faculty advisor for the nationally recognized AES student section. He also hosts the Creative Music Industry Master Class Series with guest speakers such as Marcus Barone, John Rotundi, Leslie Ann Jones, Larry Bastiste, Larry Dee, Mark Hill, Danny Vicari, Simon Wright, Wendall Yuponce, Tom Scott, Ira Nepus, Jerry Steinholtz, Ron McMaster, Marc Cooper, Tim Sweeny, Joel Jaffee, Roberta Donnay, H.Richard Etlinger, Jonathon Moffat, Andre Pessis, Sandy Cressman, and many more. He is currently co-developing 8 year old Kyron Kirby, a multi talented percussionist, drummer, vocalist, keyboardist, and producer.

  It has been a busy quarter for Eric Chun, president of Creative Music Services. Eric has been elected board member and secretary of the San Francisco Chapter of The Recording Academy. In addition he also co-chairs the membership committee with Shiloh Hobel, and sits on the P and E Wing Committee. Eric also has accepted specialty marketing board director for West Coast Songwriters, and is on the advisory committee for California Lawyers for the Arts Sacramento Chapter. He finally has instituted the Audio Engineering Society Professional Sacramento Valley section and is finishing interim chair duties as the new section begins its inaugural beginnings.
  
  NFE Records and N Focus Entertainment continue to expand with breaking touring schedules for NFE recording acts Rayzing Sons and pop sensation Taja. Rayzing Sons continues its summer touring in Canada, West Coast and the Northern USA states, Taja continues touring in the western United States with an album release scheduled this quarter. NFE artist Steely also awaits her album release and touring schedule. Eric has also accepted the secretary position with NFE Records and board member position.
