    Chun heads a canoe group, Na Kalai Wa`a, which is in the process of building a "vaka nui," as Chief Kaveia called it - a very large, double-hull voyaging canoe called the "Namahoe."The VTP team were guests at their open house last December, meeting many of Hawai`i's leaders of the voyaging canoe community.
