Dr. A. Ray Christopher comes to Doctors Hospital from Evansville, Indiana where he was Medical Director for St. Mary's Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care Services for 5 years.He retired from the United States Navy in 1998, having served in a variety of positions including a specialist in occupational and environmental medicine and as a physician executive.

Dr. Christopher is board certified in occupational medicine.His residency training was at the University of Cincinnati.He has additional certification as a Medical Review Officer for drug testing and as an Independent Medical Examiner for disability evaluation and impairment rating.
