Prior to working for Sedgwick, Mr. Chin was a National Lecturer for BAR/BRI Bar Review.Substantive law subjects included Torts, Criminal Law & Procedure, Real Property, Constitutional Law, Contracts, and Evidence.

Mr. Chin is admitted to practice law in California and Hawaii.

Education:

Mr. Chin obtained his B.A. (1988) from the University of California at Berkeley, and his J.D. (1991) from Santa Clara University School of Law.Mr. Chin was the recipient of the Law Faculty Scholarship and the School of Law Merit Scholarship.
