Mr. Alan Chin

ALAN CHIN: Director and President A graduate of University of Washington, Mr. Chin brings over 20 years of international business experience to the company.He was president of Citigroup Development Inc. from 1988 to 1994 procuring overseas investments to the US and consummating joint venture projects in Taiwan and China.In 1994, Mr. Chin founded GlobalTel Resources Inc., an international telecommunications company, and built a network of over 100 sales agents and distributors in 64 countries.Mr. Chin provides operational leadership to Spatial Guardian Inc. in addition to providing extensive experience and connections in international business.Mr. Chin is also very instrumental in developing business plans, joint venture development proposals and acquisitions.
