   Adeline Chin is a partner of our litigation and dispute resolution practice.
   
   Ms. Chin holds a bachelor degree in law and obtained her masters, from the University of Cambridge.She was admitted to the bar in England before moving on to being qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong.
   
   Ms. Chin has wide ranging experience in litigation and dispute resolution matters.She has acted and advised on a whole spectrum of civil and commercial litigation including general contractual disputes, director and shareholders' disputes and breaches of corporate agreements with special emphasis on corporate insolvency where she has been involved in defending and winding up listed entities, companies' restructuring as well as working with and advising insolvency practitioners.
   
   Ms. Chin is also experienced in advising on regulatory compliance matters, acting for directors, listed corporations and financial intermediaries in Securities and Futures Commission investigations, Stock Exchange disciplinary proceedings as well as Insider Dealing inquiries.Her practice also includes advising on investigations and disciplinary proceedings instituted by professional bodies, such as the Hong Kong Society of Accountants.
