Two Siouxland business leaders -- Cy W. Chesterman and Debi Durham -- will be honored at the Junior Achievement Hall of Fame banquet Oct. 28 at the Dakota Dunes Country Club.

Chesterman joined his family's business, the Chesterman Company, during his high school years, starting on the production line.He took a position in the sales field after graduating from Morningside College and later served as president of the company for several years.

Chesterman is most active now in the company's Minneapolis-based subsidiary, Premium Waters Inc., which was acquired in 1994 and since has expanded into one of the largest bottled water companies in the region.
Chesterman is a former chairman of the Siouxland Initiative and continues to sit on its executive committee.He also is involved with several Sioux City organizations, including the Boys' Club, Morningside College, the Tax Research Conference, Western Iowa Tech Foundation, the Sioux Gateway Airport Board of Trustees and the Orpheum Foundation.
