Bill Chesterman has been an ACTRA Calgary member for many years and has worked as a background performer on numerous occassions.He currently owns and operates a successful small business in Calgary.In addition, Bill has been very active in the Calgary Branch and is currently a member of the Branch Council.Bill has many years of experience as a Union Rep in the construction industry.
