Y.C. Chen, President of Spectronix Systems, has over thirty years of experience in reserach, development, and manufacturing of diode-pumped solid-state lasers, semiconductor lasers, nonlinear optics, diode-pumped solid-state lasers, fiber-optic lasers, optical detection technology, holography, and short-pulse laser technology.He had worked with companies such as McDonnell Douglas, GTE, Exxon, Hughes Electronics, and many smaller high-tech companies.
He received a Ph.D. from Columbia University.
