   For the past 15 years, Tim has gained an enviable record of accomplishment both inside and out of the banking industry. He has an excellent reputation as an achievement driven IT department manager and operator focusing on business, product and project development.
   
   Graduating with a BSc. Degree in computer engineering from National Chia-Tung University in Taiwan, Tim spent the next several years gaining experience developing and maintaining (PC, Stratus) application, inventory and billing systems.
   
   Beginning with Data Management Company in Taiwan, Tim focused on both banking specific applications and pre-ERP manufacturing application programming. Next, at First International Computer Co., he worked on customer operation and application systems as a Stratus System Engineer. Then, as System Analyst and Programmer for the Universal Banking Industry Company, Tim's focus broadened into the R&D aspect of banking system integration solutions - specifically platform planning and host interface integration.
