Ted Chen, Director, Fab Operations

Ted has over 20 years of experience on photolithography process.He worked on X-ray Lithography reticle development and E-Beam process at Digital Equipment Corporation for 8 years.Prior to working in the fiber optics industry, he worked in various process intensive technologies such as, Photo masking, Semiconductor, Flat Panel Display, Multi Chip Module, and High Density Interconnect industries.Ted has in-depth, hand-on experience in semiconductor process technologies.Ted has an M.S. degree in Printing Technology and another M.S. degree in Imaging and Photographic Science from Rochester Institute of Technology.
