   This is the former Chen Systems Corp., lead by supercomputer engineer Steve Chen, who is now Chief Tech Officer at Sequent.

   Heard has partnered with Dr. Steve Chen to build the technology infrastructure for The Futures Channel. Chen is currently the CEO of R Community, a Web-based information technology services company and thoroughly qualified for the task, having directed the development of supercomputer systems for more than two decades, including at Cray Corp.
