As Senior Director of Worldwide Marketing for Siebel CRM OnDemand, Chen launched and helped build the fast growing division at Siebel Systems to achieve a total contract value run rate that now exceeds $20 million per quarter. While at Siebel Systems, Chen held leadership positions across product marketing, product management, and sales management in several Siebel business units, which include Siebel Sales and Siebel Consumer Goods. Prior to Siebel, Chen was the Director of Product Marketing at Salesforce.com where he helped drive the rapid growth of its enterprise business. Earlier in his career, Chen was a Brand Manager at The Clorox Company where he had general management responsibilities for several leading brands. Chen holds a master's degree in business administration from Harvard University and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of California at Berkeley.
