Philip Chen, AIA - Associate Raised in Dallas, Texas, Philip Chen received his undergraduate degree in Environmental Design from Texas A&M University. He joined Schwartz/Silver in 1996 having completed his masters degree in architecture at Harvard University's Graduate School of Design.
