   Philip Chen, AIA - Associate Raised in Dallas, Texas, Philip Chen received his undergraduate degree in Environmental Design from Texas A&M University. He joined Schwartz/Silver in 1996 having completed his masters degree in architecture at Harvard University's Graduate School of Design. Philip has proven his capabilities in all areas of project development and management, focusing his design interests on university and museum projects. He has worked from the master planning stages on both the Heritage Harbor Museum in Providence, RI and the LSU/Baton Rouge Arts Block, where he is the Project Architect. Philip brings his knowledge gained from a variety of different work experiences and cultures into the firm environment and approach to practice.
