   Philby L. Chen is currently the Sales & Service Division Executive Vice President responsible for both enterprise and general consumer sales, sales operations, bill payments, and customer care functions. She was appointed as VP of Enterprise Solution Department, in December 2000 where she was in charge of operational and strategic planning, procurement, market development, customer service, and training for the enterprise market.
   
   Prior to that, she was the Planning and Operations Director and played an important role in starting the Enterprise Solution Department. Philby joined Far EasTone in August 1997 as Finance Director, where she was responsible for corporate planning, budgeting and forecasting.
   
   Philby is an U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with degree in Accountancy. She graduated from Northern Arizona University. Prior to joining Far EasTone, Philby worked for Diwan, Ernst & Young as head of the Professional Development Dept. and was a CFO for Taiwan Connection responsible for company¡¦s worldwide finances, accounting, treasury, and MIS functions. Philby has extensive experience in telecom, retail, accounting & management consulting, construction, and import/export industries.
