   PETER CHEN Peter has over thirty years of experience in the semiconductor and computer industries, and serves on the board of several high technology companies in both Silicon Valley and Asia. In 1997, he founded the first silicon wafer foundry in China, Central Semiconductor Manufacturing Corp. (CSMC), and is currently serving as its Chairman. He is also founder and Chairman of Crosslink Technology Partners, a venture capital firm specializing in early-stage semiconductor, healthcare and Internet-related technology ventures. Peter was the initial investor in AboveNet and also served as its Chairman. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of Mosel Corporation, which he led from a startup to a $200 million company. Peter has also held engineering positions with NCR's Microelectronics Division and with Fairchild Semiconductor. Peter holds a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and a BA degree in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University.
