   As President of Coldwell Banker Pennington-Chen, Nancy is the catalyst that has ignited and fused sales associates into an outstanding team.In 1983 when she assumed the position of Sales Manager, her company was selling about $9 million in annual sales.Her sales team now produces in excess of $120 million annually.
   
   Teaching business principles and practices comes naturally to Mrs. Chen.Her B.A. degree from Purdue University prepared her for a career in teaching.Her first corporate employment was in the Human Resource Department of a major corporation where she was soon promoted to manager.Today her 28 sales associates rely on regular classes where she, her staff or guest speakers make training a central theme to the company's success.She has been a guest lecturer for the Houston Association of Realtors and other training institutes.She is a TREC Certified Instructor.
   
   Nancy and her husband Bill have two sons, a daughter-in-law, and recently were blessed with their first grandson.Though her real estate career is consuming, Nancy still finds time to be involved in the Assistance League of the Bay Area, serving as one of its Day Managers of the Resale Shop for over a year.Scuba diving, bird watching, golf, and gardening are personal passions.She and Bill attend Gateway Community Church.
