   Nancy is responsible for overseeing CCG Elite's investor relations functions in Asia. Before becoming a joint venture partner of CCG Elite, Nancy accumulated close to 20 years of experience working for leading global financial institutions and corporations. She started her career with KPMG USA before moving on to The Prudential Insurance Company of America in New York and the acquisition team of Prudential's private-equity arms. She then joined the New Zealand-based Fletcher Challenge Group and was responsible for the negotiation of its joint-ventures and investor relations in Asia with a focus on China. From 1999 to 2002 she worked for Sony Pictures Entertainment as Regional Director of Finance responsible for regional strategic planning, joint-venture negotiations, media relations, financial and internal control systems in Asia. Nancy has successfully completed the uniformed exams for Certified Public Accountants and was a holder of a Series 7 Securities License in the USA. She is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and Shanghainese. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California.
