   Ms. Chen, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2004, worked as a home therapist with children at NBA before moving to New York to pursue graduate school.She received her Master's degree in Special Education, with emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis, from Teachers College Columbia University.While at Columbia, Ms. Chen worked as a teacher at the Fred S. Keller School providing direct intervention and managing the classroom.She also provided home services to children in the Manhattan area through YAI, a local non-profit agency.Following graduation, she spent 1.5 years working abroad in Hong Kong.There, she helped start the first ABA school in Asia.She was responsible for hiring, training, and supervising all school staff.She also helped develop curriculum, assessed all incoming students, and provided consultation to parents and other school professionals.In February of 2005, Ms. Chen joined the NBA team.Ms. Chen holds a teaching certificate from New York State.Ms. Chen is a certified Microsoft ABA Provider and an authorized ABA provider through TRICARE.
