Chen focuses on acquisitions, joint ventures, cross-border investments, finance and other international transactions, primarily involving China.Prior to joining Fulbright's Hong Kong office, Chen worked in the China practice groups of two other major international law firms in Hong Kong and Beijing for four years.Chen also worked as Legal Counsel in China's Customs authority and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
Chen participates in the firm's representation of multinational and other clients, including energy, infrastructure, transportation and general manufacturing enterprises.She received her LL.M. from The University of Texas School of Law in 2000 and her LL.B. from China University of Political Science and Law, Beijing in 1995.Chen was admitted to practice in New York in 2001 and is a registered foreign lawyer in Hong Kong.
