   Lucy has over 7 years experience in software development, especially in manufacturing and distribution areas. Her practical experience as a senior programmer has given her a solid understanding of all phases of software development life cycle, including analysis, system design, implementation, testing and technical support. She has extensive experience in both Windows and web applications. Her previous work focused on developing and implementing software applications to dramatically increase both a company's productivity and its profitability. As part of CMS Inc, She works closely with the software development team and provides IT solutions to manufacturing and distribution clients.
   
   Lucy's experience spans both manufacturing environments and enterprise business solutions. During her career, she has specialized in successfully combining LEAN manufacturing concepts and IT technology by heavy involvment in production process and software development life cycles.
   
   Lucy holds a Bachelor of Computing from the University of Guelph as well as a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical Engineering) from Guangxi University of Technology. In addition, she is a candidate for certification with the Theory of Constraints International Certification Organization (TOCICO).
