   Liya Chen has been named director of International Sales, China Region. In her new position, she will be responsible for providing local representation for the B&W Power Generation Group's sales strategy in China. Chen had served as marketing manager for McDermott International Beijing, Inc., in Beijing, People's Republic of China, since 1994. Prior to that, she was a representative at Ansaldo Energia China from 1988 to 1994. From 1984 to 1988, she was an officer with the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation. She holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Beijing University of International Business. She currently resides in Beijing.
