Lee Chen, Director of Education Programmes.

Lee Chen has conducted research and written on developmental themes such as the impact of education and development on reproductive fertility in developing economies, and has co-authored publications on the history of public health and education.A trained political scientist and socio-linguist, she has worked for the United Nations and was involved in the preparatory work for the International Conference for Population held in Beijing in 1995.Among other initiatives, she is actively involved in BioEnterprise Asia's e-Literacy & Education and e-Health initiative with a leading multi-national technology partner.
