PORT ORANGE -- Kuo-Kuan Chen, 74, of Broken Bow Lane, a retired night auditor for the Peabody Hotel, Orlando, died Thursday at home.
Mr. Chen was born in Shanghai, China, and moved here in 2001 from Mogi Mirim, Brazil. He also retired as a general manager for a citrus company in Brazil. He earned an associate's degree from Indiana University and was a member of Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church, Orlando. He enjoyed singing, rowing, playing the piano and flying planes.
Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Shuk-Wah; two sons, Mark, Port Orange, and Peter, Mogi Mirim; a daughter, Rebeca, Mount Verde, Fla.; two brothers, Kuo-Eng, Orlando, and Kuo-An, Leesburg; two sisters, Chun-Lee, Thousand Oaks, Calif., and Chun-Fan, Leesburg; and six grandchildren. -
