Junbi Chen is vice president and chief technology officer of LinkAir Communications, Inc. In this position, Junbi is in charge of LinkAir's product development efforts and the establishment of technical partnerships with companies throughout the world.

Junbi is a veteran in team-leading technological research and product development.Prior to joining LinkAir he formed and managed Comsoc Design, Co.-Integrated Circuit Design Center.There, he organized the national engineering research center for communications software and ASIC design and conducted extensive research in the area of chip technology.

Earlier, Junbi served as deputy chief engineer at CTI, China's largest telecommunications research institute.At CTI, he was involved in a number of significant telecommunications systems engineering projects.Two of these projects received national recognition, winning first prize for science technology advancement from the Ministry of Electronic Industry.A visiting professor at Shanghai Jiaotong University, Junbi has participated in the development and experimentation of CRNET.s
