   Dr. Jun-Wei Chen VP of Technology Dr. Chen's extensive experience in CMOS, BiCMOS, and DMOS process technology development enables him to lead the development of proprietary process technologies at AnalogicTech, including device conceptualization and modeling, process development and integration, simulation, and intellectual property. He previously served as Vice President of Technology for SmartASIC Technology, where he led the development of the company's high-voltage driver ICs for plasma display panels (PDPs). Prior to his work at SmartASIC, Chen was Chief Technology Officer for CLL Technology, a maker of LCD-TFT gate driver ICs. He has also held executive-level positions at Trident Microsystems (Assistant Vice President of Operations) and OPTi (Vice President of Foundry and Product Engineering). Chen holds a Ph.D. and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University.
